7-day money-back guarantee

Your first payment for MathOY, monthly or yearly, comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 7 days of that payment and all of it is refunded. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter how much your child played.

How to ask

Open Settings on the island, choose the subscription tab and press the refund button. That is all. The subscription ends at once, so nothing more is charged. The refund is made by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and Paddle emails you the confirmation.

If you cannot log in, write to mathoy.support@gmail.com from the email address of your account and we do it for you.

Renewals and cancelling

The guarantee is for your first payment. You can cancel at any time from Settings so that you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a fault on our side stops you from using the site for more than a day, tell us and we refund that time.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies.
