Who we are

MathOY is operated by Ori Yampolsky ("we", "us"). You can reach us at mathoy.support@gmail.com.

These terms apply to the MathOY website and its games. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. A grown-up creates the account and is responsible for it; the games are for their child.

What you get

A subscription gives one household access to every game on the site, in English, Hebrew and Russian, on any device with a modern browser, for as long as the subscription is active. We add games and improve existing ones over time; we may also retire a game.

Everything is included. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and nothing else to buy.

Subscription and payment

The subscription costs US $5 a month or US $30 a year, plus any tax that applies where you live, shown at checkout before you pay. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or through the link in your receipt email; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle issues the receipts and invoices for your purchase. If we offer a free trial, its length and the amount charged when it ends are shown at checkout, and you can cancel during the trial without being charged.

Refunds

Your first payment comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if MathOY is not right for your child, press the refund button in Settings within 7 days of that payment and you get all of it back, no questions asked. After that you can cancel at any time so that you are not charged again. Our refund policy page says how.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You may let the children in your household use the games on your account; you may not share the account beyond your household or resell access.

We may suspend an account that is used to attack the site or to break these terms. If we do, we tell you why, and any unused subscription time is refunded.

Complaints

If something is wrong, write to mathoy.support@gmail.com. We answer within 2 business days and resolve or give a clear answer within 10 business days. If we cannot resolve it, you may also contact Paddle, the Merchant of Record, at paddle.net.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and a change that matters to you is announced by email before it takes effect. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have where you live.
